Noelle Frangipane is the Deputy Inspector General, and assists the Inspector General in promoting the integrity, economy, efficiency and effectiveness of the SEC. She is also responsible for the oversight of the OIG Office of Investigations, which responds to and investigates allegations of violations of statutes, rules and regulations, and other misconduct by SEC staff and contractors. Prior to becoming Deputy Inspector General, Ms. Frangipane was Senior Counsel in the Office of the General Counsel of the SEC. In that capacity, Ms. Frangipane served as an agency subject matter expert on issues of privacy and information-sharing.

Robert S. Gilmore is a Partner in Kohrrman Jackson & Krantz's Labor and Employment Law Group. He represents employers of all sizes, providing advice and counsel in all areas of labor and employment law. Mr. Gilmore also represents employers in labor and employment litigation and ERISA (benefits) litigation. His experience has made him believe in a proactive approach to labor and employment law. Dr. Norman R. Meonske is Professor of Accounting, Kent State University. Dr. Meonske has conducted many continuing professional education presentations for state CPA societies, corporations, CPA firms, IMA meetings, and other professional organizations. He is the 2004 recipient of the prestigious R. Lee Brummert Award (IMA national professor of the year) and the Ohio Council IMA’s distinguished service award. Jay B. Wachowicz is a Managing Director in the Valuation & Financial Opinions Group at Stout Risius Ross, Inc. Mr. Wachowicz has extensive experience domestically and internationally in several financial advisory fields including valuation, litigation advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and financial reorganizations and restructurings.
